The Country Cookin' Cafe Story
Sixteen years ago, our family made the move from Chicago to Beatrice. My Dad always wanted to be an entrepreneur, and when he saw an opportunity to take over a local restaurant, he seized it. Breakfast and lunch was going to be our specialty with a focus on serving hearty, country style meals. Over time, we’ve been blessed to build incredible relationships with our customers and the community.
Now, as I step into ownership and continue learning the ins and outs of running the restaurant, I carry the same passion and dedication that my father had. I love the controlled chaos of a busy kitchen, the creativity that comes with cooking, and the people I work alongside – it never truly feels like work.
